Baked chicken is our favorite; this will work well when we have company since not everyone prefers dark meat as we do...Marinating not included in prep time.

High in protein and low in sugar & fat. I you are used to very sweet brownies, you may want to add some Splenda or extra sugar. These are dairy free.

Sooooooo good! These are my favorite appetizer at Christmas. I could eat the whole batch! Be sure to really drain the spinach well. I usually squeeze it in paper towels after thawing. These are Great finger foods, watch them disappear at your next dinner party ;)

This recipe contains a secret that will produce a high, soft chocolate chip cookie. By dissolving the baking soda in warm milk, you increase the height of the cookie while insuring that it will be soft and not dry out. And not having to mix the dry ingredients separately means there will be one less dish to wash! Be sure to gently melt the butter in a double boiler or the microwave on low. Divine!

An awesome recipe that sneaks veggies in :o). I could eat it once a week, and everyone always asks for the recipe. The best thing is, it uses mainly canned tomatoes and a jar of sauce, so its easy..kids love it, don't know it has veggies in it!
